By attending the Edge Ultimate Performance Training Camp hosted by Chain Lightning, high school and college athletes are looking for an edge in the increasingly competitive sport of Ultimate.

Players from Atlanta’s top teams are instructors at the clinic. The men are from Chain Lightning and women are from Team Ozone. They get a little help from Pete Dreisbach. He is an expert at resistance band training and has worked with many other sports. He designed the camp based strictly on Ultimate.
